Rope2k is a mix of many different exercises that makes for one very high
intensity workout that will burn the max amount of calories in a short amount of
time. We take years of workout experience to put together this amazing workout for
you to enjoy week after week. During a 45 min Rope2K workout you will burn 900-1500
Calories.
Kettllebell: The kettlebell is a is a Cast iron weight looking somewhat like
a cannonball with a handle, used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular,
strength and flexibility training. They come in different weights ranging from 1kg
all the way up to 40kg.
Rope Undulation: The rope is used to make different wave patterns for a time
of 20 sec at 100% workload. This may seem easy but it is no walk in the park. The
rope is 50 feet long and 1.5 inch in diameter and when you get it going its one
of the best full body workouts you can do.
